Cherry Good Breakfast

Eat this straight away or better still chill overnight in the fridge for a tasty bircher style breakfast the next day.

Ingredients

  • 200ml Cherry Good Original, Cherry juice drink
  • 200ml Sunpride Coconut Water
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • Flaked coconut, optional

Method

 

  • Place the Cherry Good, coconut water and banana into a food blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon a little of the Cherry Good mixture into the base of a Jar or bowl. Sprinkle over a little of the porridge oats and a drizzle of honey. Continue layering up until all the ingredients are used up. Sprinkle over flaked coconut, if using.
